No, we do not offer split trips. Each charter is reserved for your private group, ensuring a personalized and exclusive fishing experience tailored to your preferences. 

It depends on your flexibility with dates. If you need a specific date, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. For more flexible dates, booking a few weeks ahead is usually sufficient. 

Booking a trip is easy! You can book directly through our website by following the prompts on our booking page or call us to make a reservation. Our team is ready to assist you with any questions and help you plan the perfect fishing adventure. 

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. This helps us confirm your reservation and prepare for your trip. The deposit amount and details will be provided during the booking process. 

We require a credit card for your booking deposit. The remaining balance can also be paid by credit card, or if you prefer, we can take cash on the boat. This provides flexibility and convenience to suit your payment preferences. 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

14+ Days: 

• Cancellations made at least 14 days in advance will receive a full refund of payments made.

Less than 14 Days:

• Cancellations made less than 14 days of the scheduled trip will forfeit the deposit.

Less than 48 Hours:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours and "no-shows" will forfeit any refund and be charged the full amount of the trip.

Weather/Safety Concerns:

• In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we will reschedule your trip or offer a full refund of payments made.

Mechanical Issues:

• We take pride in maintaining our boat to the highest standards. However, we understand that unexpected mechanical issues can sometimes occur. In the rare event of a problem forcing us to cancel a trip, we will do our best to reschedule your trip at a convenient time for you. If rescheduling is not possible, we will fully refund your deposit. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.

In Florida, weather conditions can change quickly. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, so we closely monitor the weather before each trip. 

We will cancel or reschedule trips under the following conditions:

• Severe weather warnings including thunderstorms, hurricanes, or high winds (winds over 10kts).
• Wave heights exceeding 4 feet which create unsafe and uncomfortable conditions on the water.

Our captain will make the final call on cancellations, ensuring the safety of all passengers and crew. We appreciate your understanding and will work with you to reschedule or refund your trip if necessary.

Our "Wind, Waves, and Tide" section can give you a 7-day forecast of what to expect.

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. This allows us to prepare for your trip efficiently. If you arrive late, the delayed time will be deducted from your trip duration, so it's important to be punctual to ensure you get the full experience. 

The crew supplies fishing licenses, all necessary fishing gear, ice, dead bait, safety gear, and decades of experience.

However, we recommend bringing the following items for your comfort and convenience:

• Optional: $Money for live bait (third-party vendor only accepts cash)
• Sunscreen and sunglasses (very important here in the panhandle!)
• A hat for sun protection
• Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing
• Snacks and cooler of drinks
• A camera to capture your catches (crew can also take pictures)
• A cooler to transport your catch home
• Any personal medications or seasickness remedies

You can upgrade to live bait on bottom fishing trips. Typically, $60 worth of live bait is sufficient for a 6-hour, $80 for an 8-hour, etc. This is paid to a third-party vendor who only accepts cash. While live bait is not required, it is recommended. 

No, you do not need to bring any fishing gear. We provide all necessary fishing equipment, including rods, reels, bait, and tackle. Our crew ensures that everything you need for a successful fishing trip is on board and ready for use. 

No, you do not need to bring your own fishing licenses. We provide all necessary fishing licenses for our guests, ensuring you can enjoy your trip without any extra hassle. 

Absolutely! Our deckhand is there to assist you with baiting hooks, handling your catch, and ensuring you have an enjoyable and successful fishing experience. 

Tipping the crew is customary and greatly appreciated. While not mandatory, a typical tip is 15%-20% of the trip cost, which rewards the crew for their hard work and excellent service in making your fishing trip enjoyable and successful. 

100% of the tip goes directly to the crew. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring alcohol on board. Please bring your own coolers to keep your beverages cold. 

However, we ask that you drink responsibly and have a designated driver to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

It depends on the season and length of your trip.

Types of fish we target are (but not limited to):

Red snapper, King Mackerel, Vermilllion snapper, Grouper, Mahi Mahi, shark, and many more species.

Red snapper season begins June 1st.

Gag Grouper season begins September 1st. Recommend 8-10 hour trips for Grouper.

This depends on the season restrictions, such as the limit per person.

 Yes, our boat is equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during the trip, especially on those hot Florida days. There is also a heater, but we have never used it during charter season.

Yes, there is a clean and private restroom located below deck for your convenience. 

Our crew will get the fish onto the dock for some group photos. You can then load up your cooler to take home or take the to Tarpon Dock right on site for processing.
